Construction Update

  • Elevator replacement is proceeding and the first of 3 elevators will be finished soon
  • Garage repairs have been completed
  • Window replacement is almost complete
  • All new HVAC system installation is complete
  • Comcast has completed 3 floors of cable & internet installation and are on schedule with the rest of the construction schedule
